Conditions and Price List of Legal Services
Robinson Legal Research and Consulting Services has been established to provide legal aid in certain most common legal matters. To further ease our client’s daily life we provide fast, money saving service through the Internet (video, email, etc.). Even though we can conduct most of our work electronically and remotely, if necessary or requested so by the client, Robinson Legal Research and Consulting Services will meet up with the client at a location convenient for both.
General conditions of providing legal aid
In your communications with Robinson Legal Research and Consulting Services, please describe as precisely as possible what has happened to you and/or what you need our help with. Make sure to add your first and last name and contact details (phone number and email address). We will answer to your request as soon as possible. In our reply we will provide you with solutions for the matter, give our cost estimate for the services and guidelines of further cooperation.
We recommend that the client forwards the necessary documents and information by e-mail. In case the client doesn’t have access to those means, a time and meeting place will be set up with the client and documents will be handed over in person.
When contacting Robinson Legal Research and Consulting Services through the contact form, please fill out all entries. You will be contacted as soon as possible with possible solutions, a cost estimate of our services and guidelines for further cooperation.
Robinson Legal Research and Consulting Services does not provide legal aid by phone, except when forwarding information to contractual clients or if such agreement has been made individually. In our first conversation we will give further instructions on how to proceed with the matter or schedule a meeting. By phone we will only provide general information regarding our services, work arrangements or similar.
Robinson Legal Research and Consulting Services will begin work after full receipt of the prepayment to the bank account or the amount shown on the invoice, unless agreed otherwise.

Price list of legal services
- Initial consultation and document assessment – free first hour, $100 per hour thereafter
- Establishing an LLC - $200 per hour, minimum $200
- Serving as Registered Agent with Sunbiz.org - $100 per company/organization per year + filing fees; 5-year renewal at negotiated rate
- Non-Profit Bylaws Review and Update - $200 per hour, minimum $200
- Non-Profit Bylaws Creation - $300 per hour, minimum $300
- Copyright Submission - $300 per copyrighted item, trademark class + filing fees; follow up with Copyright Office - $50 per communication/update
- Will Creation - $300 minimum (up to 2 hours discussion/preparation); $100 per hour thereafter; 50% second will discount for spouse, child, or parent. Maximum $900 per will.
- Advanced Directive Formation - $100
- Power of Attorney Formation - $100
- Quit Claim Deeds - $100 per property
- Notary Service - $10 per notarization
- Standard Hourly Rate for additional services - $300 per hour
